Rare nonleptonic $\Omega^{-} \to \Xi(1530)^{0} \pi^-$ decay branching ratiois estimated by means of the QCD enhanced effective weak Hamiltoniansupplemented by the SU(3) Skyrme model used to estimate the nonperturbativematrix elements. The whole scheme is equivalent to that which works well forthe nonleptonic hyperon and $\Omega^{-}$ decays.
