The newly observed resonances D_{s_{1}}^* and D_{s_0} are discussed in apotential model. The relationship between the mass difference between p-statesD_{s_1}^*(1^+), D_{s_0}(0^+) and s-states D_s^*(1^-), D_s(0^-) is alsoexamined.
