We study the renormalization group evolution and infra-red stable fixedpoints of the Yukawa couplings and the soft supersymmetry breaking trilinearcouplings of the minimal supersymmetric standard model with baryon and leptonnumber (and R-parity) violation involving the heaviest generations. We showanalytically that in the Yukawa sector there is only one infra-red stable fixedpoint. This corresponds to non-trivial fixed point for the top-, bottom-quarkYukawa couplings and the $B$ violating coupling $\lambda_{233}''$, and atrivial one for the $\tau$-Yukawa coupling. All other possible fixed points areeither unphysical or unstable in the infra-red region. We then carry out ananalysis of the renormalization group equations for the soft supersymmetrybreaking trilinear couplings, and determine the corresponding fixed points forthese couplings. We also study the quasi-fixed point behaviour, bothalgebraically and with numerical solutions of the evolution equations, of thethird generation Yukawa couplings and the baryon number violating coupling, andthose of the soft supersymmetry breaking trilinear couplings. From the analysisof the fixed point behaviour, we obtain upper and lower bounds on the baryonnumber violating coupling $\lambda_{233}''$, as well as on the supersymmetrybreaking trilinear couplings.Comment: 19 pages LaTeX with 6 figurs embedded as eps files Replaced with  version to appear in Physical Review
