Light-front dynamics can only become a viable alternative to the covariantapproach if doubts about its covariance can be taken away. As a minimalrequirement we take that the physical quantities calculated with light-frontperturbation theory are the same as those obtained using covariant perturbationtheory. If this situation occurs, we use the word equivalent to characterizeit. For quantities that involve the calculation of superficially convergentdiagrams, proofs of equivalence exist. For some types of divergent diagrams theproof of equivalence is complicated. Longitudinal divergences were dealt within Part I. (hep-ph/9702311). In Part II we deal with diagrams with transversedivergences. Our method is based on minus regularization, which is inspired onBPHZ regularization. In a calculation using numerical methods we show how toobtain a rotationally invariant amplitude for two triangle diagramscontributing to the decay of a scalar boson in the Yukawa model. It concludesour proof of equivalence of covariant and light-front perturbation theory.Comment: 13 pages, revtex, epsf, 2 large figures, minor changes, accepted for  publication in Phys.Rev.
