Current mass limits allow the possibility that squarks may be produced inlarge numbers at the next generation of linear $e^+e^-$ colliders. In thispaper we investigate the prospects for precision studies of squark masses atsuch colliders. We assume that squarks are lighter than gluinos, and discussboth direct and cascade decay scenarios. By exploiting the clean environmentand polarizable beams of linear $e^+e^-$ colliders, we find that squark massdeterminations at the level of a few GeV are possible in a large part of theparameter space.Comment: revtex 3.0 or 2.x, 21 pages, 11 figures available upon request,  SLAC-PUB-628
