In this work, we explore macroscopic transport phenomena associated with arotational system in the presence of an external orthogonal electromagneticfield. Simply based on the lowest Landau level approximation, we derivenontrivial expressions for chiral density and various currents consistently byadopting small angular velocity expansion or Kubo formula. While the generationof anomalous electric current is due to the pseudo gauge field effect of thespin-rotation coupling, the chiral density and current can be simply explainedwith the help of Lorentz boosts. Finally, Lorentz covariant forms can beobtained by unifying our results and the magnetovorticity effect.
