We employ the quark part of the symmetric energy-momentum tensor current tocalculate the transition gravitational form factors of the $N(1535) \rightarrowN$ by means of the light cone QCD sum rule formalism. In numerical analysis, weuse two different sets of the shape parameters in the distribution amplitudesof the $ N(1535) $ baryon and the general form of the nucleon's interpolatingcurrent. It is seen that the momentum squared dependence of the gravitationalform factors can be well described by the p-pole fit function. The resultsobtained by using two sets of parameters are found to be quite different fromeach other and the $N(1535) \rightarrow N$ transition gravitational formfactors depend highly on the shape parameters of the distribution amplitudes ofthe $N(1535)$ state that parametrize relative orbital angular momentum of theconstituent quarks.
