In this work we studied $\beta$-decay properties for deformed neutron-richnuclei in the region Z=36-43. We use the deformed pn-QRPA methods with therealistic CD-Bonn forces, and include both the Gamow-Teller and first-forbiddentypes of decays in the calculation. The obtained $\beta$-decay half-lives andneutron-emission probabilities of deformed isotopes are compared withexperiment as well as with previous calculations. The advantages anddisadvantages of the method are discussed.
