As an extension of previous work, we calculate the production cross-sectionof heavy neutron-rich isotopes by employing the quantal diffusion descriptionto ${}^{48} \text{Ca} + {}^{238} \text{U}$ collisions. The quantal diffusion isdeduced from stochastic mean-field approach, and transport properties aredetermined in terms of time-dependent single-particle wave functions of thetime-dependent Hartree-Fock (TDHF) theory. As a result, the approach allows forprediction of production cross-sections without any adjustable parameters. Thesecondary cross-sections by particle emission are calculated with the help ofthe statistical GEMINI++ code.
