We report the experimental realization of Dirac semimetal state in NdSb, amaterial with antiferromagnetic ground state. The occurrence of topologicalsemimetal state has been well supported by our band structure calculations andthe experimental observation of chiral anomaly induced negativemagnetoresistance. A field-induced Fermi surface reconstruction is observed, inresponse to the change of spin polarization. The observation of topologicalsemimetal state in a magnetic material provides an opportunity to investigatethe magneto-topological phenomena.
