Spin-polarized transport through a double quantum dot system attached to acommon superconducting lead and two ferromagnetic electrodes (fork geometry) isinvestigated theoretically. The key objective of the analysis is to describethe influence of electrodes' ferromagnetism on the Andreev tunneling. Bothdirect and crossed Andreev tunneling processes are considered, in general. Theother objective is a detailed analysis of the role of Coulomb interaction andits impact on the Andreev tunneling processes.
