In this paper, we found a new type of insulator - composite spin liquid whichcan be regarded as a short range B-type topological spin-density-wave.Composite spin liquid is topological ordered state beyond the classification oftraditional spin liquid states. The elementary excitations are the "compositeelectrons" with both spin degree of freedom and charge degree of freedom,together with topological spin texture. This topological state supports chiraledge mode but no topological degeneracy.
