For the first time we predict the conditions of superparaelectric phaseappearance in the ensemble of non-interacting spherical ferroelectricnanoparticles. The superparaelectricity in nanoparticle was defined by analogywith superparamagnetism, obtained earlier in small nanoparticles made ofparamagnetic material. Calculations of correlation radius, energetic barriersof polarization reorientation and polarization response to external electricfield, were performed within Landau-Ginzburg phenomenological approach forperovskites Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, BiFeO3 and uniaxial ferroelectrics rochelle salt andtriglycine sulfate.
