We investigate intra-Landau-level collective excitations in a bilayerdisordered two-dimensional electron system exposed to a perpendicular magneticfield. The energy spectrum is calculated within the random phase approximationby taking into account electron-impurity scattering in the self-consistent Bornapproximation which includes consistent vertex corrections. Signatures of thesebilayer excitations in drag and collective excitation measurements areidentified.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figure
