We study a one-dimensional interacting electron gas with the strong Rashbaspin-orbit coupling and Zeeman splitting in a quantum well. A bosonizationtheory is developed for this system. The tunneling current may deviate from asimple power law which is that in an ordinary Luttinger liquid. The microscopicinteracting coupling and the spin-orbital parameter may be measured by varyingthe external magnetic field in the tunneling experiment.Comment: to be published in PR
