A two-dimensional model is used to describe spin relaxation of Harrow-down on the surface which takes into account both binary collisions as well as hydrodynamical modes. The relaxation rates show a strong anisotropy with respect to the orientation of the magnetic field. This anisotropy might be very important for the stabilization of high-density Harrow-down.
