We show the existence of stable two- and three-dimensional vortex solitonscarrying multiple, spatially separated, single-charge topological dislocationsnested around a vortex-ring core. Such new nonlinear states are supported byelliptical gain landscapes in focusing nonlinear media with two-photonabsorption. The separation between the phase dislocations is dictated mostly bythe geometry of gain landscape and it only slightly changes upon variation ofthe gain or absorption strength.
