SUMMARY Virus-specific double-stranded RNA molecules extracted from x7 strain in- fluenza virus infected cells were characterized by electron microscopy. Molecules 0"33, o'67, and I.O #m in length were frequently observed, and possibly five or more subunits could be identified.
