Dear Sir, This waits upon you to inform you of the degree of cold we have lately experienced. After as mild a winter as has been known here for many years, the frost has been intense. Until the latter end of December, many of the tender annual exotic plants continued alive; such as the African Marygold, Nasturtium Indicum, and others of this class.
