We propose a new mechanism to explain the radio Arc and threads in theGalactic Center by current sheets produced by local magnetic shears due tointeraction of a moving cloud and the vertical field based on three-dimensionalmagneto-hydrodynamical simulations. Magnetic reconnetion and acceleration ofcosmic-ray electrons in the current sheet will result in high contrast of radioemissivity inside and outside the Arc and threads.Comment: PASJ Letters in press, 6 pages, 2 figure
