Inclusion Criteria: 1) HIV diagnosed between 1986 and 1995 2) Negative HIV test within 36 mos. preceding HIV diagnosis. Estimated seroconversion date was midpoint of HIV positive test date to date of most recent negative test. 3) Initial CD4 cell count ≥500/ul and albumin ≥3.5 g/dl within 90 days of diagnosis, 4) No evidence of viral hepatitis or liver disease 5) At least one year of follow-up after HIV diagnosis
