Haemodialysis access graft is so important as to becalled a lifeline for the patient on maintenancehaemodialysis. The vascular access problem is theleading cause of admission in patients with end-stagerenal disease. Many complications of the prostheticvascular access graft are reported, such as graft throm-bosis, infection, aneurysm or pseudoaneurysm, andarterialstealsyndrome[1].Werecentlyexperiencedtwocases of graft thrombosis related to the iatrogenicstula between haemodialysis access graft and autog-enous vein at the needling site during haemodialysis.We report our cases with their clinical manifestationand the treatment outcome and possible methods ofprevention [2].
