Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors have an antiproteinuric effect in membranous glomerulonephritis (MGN). However, no studies have investigated whether this antiproteinuric effect is influenced by urinary C5b-9 excretion, a marker of immunological activity in this disease.
