This paper studies the oscillation properties of relativistic,non-self-gravitating tori in the background of a distorted deformed compactobject. This work concentrates on the static and axially symmetric metriccontaining two quadrupole parameters; relating to the central object and theexternal fields. This metric may associate the observable effects to theseparameters as dynamical degrees of freedom. The astrophysical motivation forchoosing such a field is the possibility of constituting a reasonable model foran actual scenario occurring in the vicinity of compact objects. This paperaims to investigate the radial epicyclic frequency in a perfect fluid disk andnot a test particle scenario via a local analysis. To achieve this goal, weemploy the vertically integrated technique to able to treat the equationanalytically. The tori are also modelled with Keplerian and non-Kepleriandistributions of specific angular momentum, and we discuss the dependence ofoscillation properties on the variable of the model related to angular momentumdistribution and quadrupoles. In the present contribution, we further explorethese properties with the possibility of relating oscillatory frequencies tosome high-frequency quasi-periodic oscillations models and observed data.
