To present a case that benefited from utilizing hyperbaric oxygen therapy in conjunction with antibiotics for a non-healing mandibular fracture that was highly suspicious of osteomyelitis. Also, to discuss research set forth by Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society that supports the use hyperbaric oxygen in such cases.
