Plots were located at the Colorado State University Department of Horticulture Field Research Station north of Fort Collins. ‘Russet Burbank’ potatoes planted 19 May at 34-inch row spacing were used in the study. Plots were 2 rows, 30 ft long, surrounded by untreated rows. Experimental design was a randomized complete block with 4 replications. Treatments were applied 1 Sep using a CO2, compressed-air sprayer delivering 33 gal/acre. Evaluations were made by randomly selecting 35 middle and lower leaves/plot.
