Plots were established in a randomized complete block design with 4 replications in Iberville Parish, LA. Each plot was 50 ft long by 8, 36-inch rows wide. On 6 Sep treatments were applied with a CO2 pressurized backpack sprayer calibrated to deliver 15 gal of finished spray per acre at 30 psi. The soybeans were R5 at the time of application. Two 25-sweep samples were taken per plot at 3 and 7 days posttreatment by sweeping a single row with a 15-inch dia sweep net. A total of 0.36 inches of rain fell on the plots between application and the 3-day sample with most of the rain fall occurring on day 2 posttreatment. An additional 0.28 inches of rain fell prior to the 7-day sampling.
