Recent experimental progresses have demonstrated the great potential ofelectronic and excitonic moir\'e superlattices in transition metaldichalcogenides (TMDs) for quantum many-body simulations and quantum opticsapplications. Here we reveal that the moir\'e potential landscapes in the TMDsheterostructures have an electrostatic origin from the spontaneous chargetransfer across the heterointerfaces dependent on the atomic registry. Thisallows engineering tunable multi-chromatic superlattices through theinterference of moir\'e potentials from independently configurableheterointerfaces in multilayers. We show examples of bichromatic moir\'epotentials for valley electrons, holes, and interlayer trions in MX2/M'X'2/MX2trilayers, which can be strain switched from multi-orbital periodicsuperlattices to quasi-periodic disordered landscape. The trilayer moir\'e alsohosts two independently configurable triangular superlattices of neutralexcitons with opposite electric dipoles. These findings greatly enrich theversatility and controllability of TMDs moir\'e as a quantum simulationplatform.
