The proposed paper (Part II) is a continuation of another paper under the same name (Part I), published in this volume. Part II explores two types of forced oscillations: harmonic (polyharmonic) and random. The sources of oscillations are kinematic and dynamic effects which are concentrated on the boundaries and in the span. The mathematical problem of oscillations is presented as a boundary value problem from the basic equation in hyperbolic partial derivatives of the fourth order in spatial coordinates, of second order in time. The technical theory of bending oscillations of rods based on Bernoulli’s hypothesis is used. Practical conclusions have been made.
