Relying on the water environment improvement project of Wuhan East Lake, an intelligent management and control system for river and lake sediment dredging and solidification treatment is developed based on the integrated treatment technology of sediment dredging and solidification. The system is mainly composed of dredging vessel positioning and digging depth monitoring subsystem, dehydration and drying integrated optimization control subsystem, safety monitoring subsystem, earthwork automatic measurement subsystem and comprehensive management subsystem. Through real-time monitoring, collection and analysis of data, from the real-time adjustment of dredger construction parameters to the matching of quality and process parameters of plate and frame machine pressure filtration, and then to the whole life cycle of earthwork automatic measurement and comprehensive efficiency, cost analysis, personnel situation, project progress and production safety, comprehensive intelligent operation and control is realized. The system has been successfully applied to the water environment improvement project of Wuhan East Lake and achieved remarkable results. It not only ensures the quality of sediment dredging and drying treatment, but also greatly improves the production efficiency and ensures the production safety.
