The paper proposes the unified approach to a definition of effective conductivity index of percolating cluster’s  t  fractal, quasi-fractal and  n  homogeneous parts. The approach is based on probabilistic-statistical nature of percolation cluster’s formation. Two functions  t  (ϑ) and  n (ϑ) are presented. By the use of simple exponentiations they allow describing the behavior of maximum of critical macroscopically disordered environments’ effective conductivity in case of the given values of concentration  ϑ  elements of conductive component from percolation threshold ϑ = ϑ c  to their entire consolidation  ϑ  = 1.
