The dynamics of a quantum system with a large toroidal moment under the influence of a time-dependent electric current coupled with the toroidal moment is considered. The possibility of observing the quasi-anyonic excitations, the Bloch type oscillations in the precession motion of the toroidal moment, the Stark-type resonances, and the tunnel transitions between different precession modes are discussed.
