Based on the Social Cognition Theory, we constructed the influencing factors model of college students’ intention of online health information behavior from three levels of individual, society and information systems, which was analyzed by using the PLS-SEM. Research shows that self-efficacy, information service quality, social support, information literacy and information quality significantly influence college students’ intention of online health information behavior. However, the influence of perceived risk and information system quality is not significant.
