By means of computer simulation, we examined effect of dispersity of fillerlength on electrical conductivity of two-dimensional (2D) composites withrod-like fillers. Continuous approach has been used. Highly conductivezero-width rod-like particles were deposited uniformly with given anisotropyonto a poorly conductive substrate. Length of particles varied according to thelognormal distribution. Our simulation evidenced that slightly disorderedsystems may have both the high figure of merit, i.e., both high electricalconductivity and the optical transmission simultaneously, and the highelectrical anisotropy.
