The scaling behaviors of anisotropic flows of light charged particles arestudied for 25 \,MeV/nucleon $^{40}$Ca+$^{40}$Ca collisions at different impactparameters by the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model. Thenumber of nucleons scaling of elliptic flow is existed and the scaling of theratios of $v_{4}/v_{2}^{2}$ and $v_{3}/(v_{1}v_{2})$ are applicable forcollisions at almost all impact parameters except for peripheral collisions.
