In this Note we show that Einstein's equations for gravity are genericallyinvariant under 'disformations'. We also show that the particular subclass whenthis is not true yields the equations of motion of 'Mimetic Gravity'. Finallywe give the 'mimetic' generalization of the Schwarzschild solution.
