Muonic molecular ions $^6$Li$^{3+}d\mu$ and $^7$Li$^{3+}d\mu$ are studiednumerically. Using the complex coordinate rotation method we found sixrotational states (three for each isotope), which are resonant states with thelife-time of an order of picoseconds. These molecular systems may be ofinterest for studying low-energy fusion reactions. A key quantity,$|\Psi(0)|^2$, the wave function squared at the coalescence point of the nucleiis calculated for $S$ states for both isotopes with a precision better than3\%.
