We find that the statistics of levels undergoing metal-insulator transitionin systems with multi-parametric Gaussian disorders and non-interactingelectrons behaves in a way similar to that of the single parametric Brownianensembles \cite{dy}. The latter appear during a Poisson $\to$ Wigner-Dysontransition, driven by a random perturbation. The analogy provides theanalytical evidence for the single parameter scaling of the level-correlationsin disordered systems as well as a tool to obtain them at the critical pointfor a wide range of disorders.Comment: 19 Pages, 10 Figures, Published Versio
