We propose a method to analyze the dynamics of systems exhibiting slowrelaxation which is based on mesoscopic non-equilibrium thermodynamics. Themethod allows us to obtain kinetic equations of the Fokker-Planck type for theprobability functional and their corresponding Langevin equations.
