We investigate the dynamics of entanglement in the excitation transferthrough a chain of interacting molecules. In the case of two-molecule coupledto noisy environments we show that entanglement can be further enhanced if thedistance between the molecules is oscillating. Our results demonstrate thatmotional effect plays a constructive role on quantum entanglement in thedynamics of excitation transfer. This mechanism might provide useful guidelinefor designing artificial systems to battle against decoherence.
