We propose fiber-regeneration reaction field polymerization (FRRP). In this study, we were able to create PANI composites with electrical conductivity that penetrated the fiber’s surface through to the interior of the fiber via fiber regeneration processes. This is referred to as fiber-regeneration reaction field polymerization (FRRP). The resulting Rayon/PANI composite was characterized via infrared absorption (IR)and reflection spectroscopic methods. Additionally, analysis was conducted using synchrotron X-ray diffraction measurements, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and a conductivity meter. The composite’s magnetic properties were measured via electron spin resonance (ESR) analysis and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetometry. Rayon/PANI composite shows excellent conductivity. Applications for the thermistor devices and the textile electrochemical transistors were examined.
