In this current research framework, an efficient greener synthesis has been developed for new pyridine derivatives using one-pot four-component reaction. We have synthesized a new series of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives in excellent yield  via  telescopic multicomponent reaction among the aldehyde, malononitrile, anilines and diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of piperidine at mild reaction condition without further purification. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by  1 H NMR,  13 C NMR, FT-IR and mass spectrometry analysis.
