Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are considered essential parameters for the Government projects through which the project is procured using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) by the Government. This research aims to recognize and assess CSFs affecting the Indian PPP road projects. In the Initial stage, using literature review, forty-one CSFs were scrutinized and validated by private and public experts. The researcher performed a questionnaire survey amongst key stakeholders of Indian PPP road projects. Identified factors were grouped into six stages. This research analyzed the relationship between the six stages and the impact of the public and private sector on each CSF with structural equation modelling (SEM). The study findings indicate a positive relationship amongst various phases of a construction project. The impact of the public and private sector varies in nineteen factors and matches in eighteen factors. The findings facilitate professionals to emphasize selective factors for securing better output in PPP road projects.
