In this work, we investigate the temperature dependence of the perpendicular electrical conductivity in presence of magnetic field of InSb sample measurements obtained by Abboudy [ 16 ]. First we determine the value of the critical magnetic field  B Cfor which the metal insulator transition (MIT) occurs. On the metallic side of the MIT, we are interested in the study of positive magnetoconductivity as a function of magnetic field by modeling it with complex theoretical models. The validity of these models is tested by calculating and comparing the inelastic scattering timefor each model used.
