This paper presents the modeling of inhomogeneous plane waves reflecting from the stress free surface of a monoclinic magneto-thermoelastic rotating material. The effects of magnetic field and rotation on the phase speeds corresponding to quasi longitudinal, quasi thermal and quasi transverse-waves are examined. The amplitude and energy ratios corresponding to the reflected waves are derived with the help of boundary conditions. The effects of the incident angle, magnetic field and rotation on the amplitude and energy ratios are examined and discussed numerically. The sum of energy ratios has been examined and observed that it obeys the conservation law of energy.
