In this paper, the stiffness of carbon nanotube bundle (CNTB) reinforced composite is predicted by means of the Mori-Tanaka method and Eshelby method. The curvature of one CNTB on uniaxial aligned distributed condition is investigated, and the influence of porosity and agglomeration on the CNTB/polymer composite is discussed in the case of randomly distribution of the CNTB in matrix. Numerical examples and analysis show influence of the contents of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in the CNTB, the content of CNTB, agglomeration, waviness, porosity and curvature have great effect on the elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of the whole composite.
