In recent times a lot of emphasis has been on the use of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) materials. Various types of modifiers have been used to improve the engineering properties of the RAP materials. The current paper studies the use of two waste oils (waste engine oil and waste cooking oil) for improving the different properties of RAP materials. The performance of the modified binders was evaluated at high and intermediate temperature ranges using different testing methods. The high-temperature performance was assessed by using the Superpave rutting parameter and multiple stress creep and recovery tests. The Superpave fatigue and linear amplitude sweep tests were utilised for fatigue evaluation. The incorporation of oils reduced the viscosity of RAP binders significantly. The rutting resistance was compromised after the addition of oils. However, an improvement in fatigue performance and resistance to aging was observed with the incorporation of oils.
