Regeneration after nerve injury often involves the interaction of multiple cells and factors, which is not determined by single or several genes and proteins. The treatment of peripheral nerve injury is a clinical problem, and its therapeutic effect is far from satisfactory. In addition, there have been many cases of using massage in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and diabetic peripheral neuropathy and achieved good results. More and more researches have been made on the mechanism of its effect from the cellular and molecular biological levels. Therefore, this paper explores the effect of massage on muscle enzyme histochemical changes of martial arts sports peripheral nerve injury from the perspective of massage treatment methods, and through the experimental simulation of rats, the results show that the nerve index SFI of the experimental group and the control group is significantly higher than before at the 7th week after operation, The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups, and affected the chemical changes of muscle enzyme tissue in peripheral nerve injury to a certain extent.
