The influence of graphene oxide (GO) on titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanocomposites were prepared by a combination of chemical deposition and microwave radiation. The XRD results revealed only the anatase phase of TiO 2  without detection of GO. The oxygen functional groups and Ti-O-C were detected by FTIR, including two broad bands of G and D by Raman spectroscopy. When TiO 2  was added by GO, the energy gap of the nanocomposites was reduced, and their conductivity was improved. Raman spectroscopy and SEM certified that the TiO 2  added with GO sheets nanocomposites were composed of nanoparticles of anatase distributed across the GO sheets.
