In this study,  N,N- spiro cyclotriphosphazene derivatives  (1a–4a)  with one stereogenic center were synthesized in two steps. Firstly; mono substituted phosphazene compounds  [ N 3 P 3 Cl 5 NHC 6 H 5(1),  N 3 P 3 Cl 5 OC 5 H 4 N  (2),  N 3 P 3 Cl 5 OC 6 H 2 -Me-2,4,6  (3),  N 3 P 3 Cl 5 OC 6 H 2 -But-2-Me-4  (4)]  were prepared. Secondly, these compounds  (1–4)  were allowed to react with symmetrical difunctional reagent  N,N′ -diisopropylpropane-1,3-diamine to obtain cyclotriphosphazenes having one stereogenic center. The reaction of N 3 P 3 Cl 5 XAr  (1–4)  with  N,N′ -diisopropylpropane-1,3-diamine was carried out in dichloromethane. Four new  N , N -spiro phosphazene compounds  (1a–4a)  which have one stereogenic center were obtained from these reactions. The structures of these compounds were characterized by  1 H,  13 C and  31 P NMR spectrometry and elemental analyses.
